Compliance director fined personally for the first time by FCA

In July of this year the FCA fined a compliance director personally for the first time ever.  It is a “game changer” said Momentum GRC’s Gary Dixon, who warned that more such personal fines are likely as several firms have already been fined more than once for non-compliance by the FCA.  Gary’s views were widely reported in the financial industry media, and articles quoting Momentum GRC as industry experts included:
